Agni (the fire-god) manifested in a celestial form and declared that Sita was sinless and pure. She was unharmed by the fire. Rama was pleased. All the celestials worshiped Rama, who was brilliant in both the aspects of valour and divinity.

Thus Rama arranged the bridge constructed by Nala, who threw boulders on water, which floated.

The demons realized that Hanuman was gifted with several boons by Brahma and the other celestials. However they pulled and pushed him this side and that, which he bore patiently. Thus he was taken to Ravana’s palace.
